Role Description

We are currently seeking a Remote Cruise Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to offer exceptional experiences to clients.

As a Remote Cruise Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of cruise trips for clients from start to finish. This is a remote position that offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. You will work closely with clients to ensure reservations are completed and itinerary details are prepared for each trip.

• Coordinate all aspects including booking tickets, accommodations, and activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and any special requests.
• Create detailed itineraries for each trip, taking into account all the necessary logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
• Research and keep up-to-date on the latest cruise destinations, packages, and industry trends.
• Ensure all trip details are accurately entered into our system and track payments and invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to any inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure all trip details are communicated and executed flawlessly.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip, and come up with quick and effective solutions.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye for detail and ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, UK, or Australia.
