Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a great opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading Travel & Hospitality Company. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the travel and hospitality industry. As a representative, you will assist customers in Croatian, handling inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services.

• Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodation options, cancellations, and service information via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide accurate information on travel packages, hotel facilities, and policies.
• Assist customers with problem resolution, complaints, and special requests to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system for quality and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, hospitality trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is desirable.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
