• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, reservation modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate with full support via the paid relocation package.
