Role Description

As a Contact Centre Travel Advisor, you will:

• Take inbound calls from our customers, delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert guidance to secure holiday sales and identify opportunities to enhance bookings.
• Support our customers with their pre-departure travel queries, including making amendments, cancellations, additional support requirements, and severe travel disruption incidents.
• Resolve pre-travel complaints professionally and be empowered to seek positive outcomes.
• Achieve our contact centre targets (including sales conversions, efficiency metrics, and quality standards).
• Be knowledgeable and confident using our in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update multiple systems is essential.
• Take high volumes of calls from our customers, each with different requirements.

Our Travel Advisor team are fully home-based and can operate from anywhere in the UK. IT equipment and virtual training and support will be provided to you. If you are successful, a key requirement of the role is that you must have a suitable working space at home, along with a high-speed broadband connection.

This role is available on a full-time (40 hours per week) permanent contract basis and you must be able to start on the 16th November 2026. We have 3 fixed shift patterns available:

• Shift 1: Monday-Thursday 10:30-19:30 & Sunday 09:00-18:00 [Friday & Saturday off]
• Shift 2: Monday 09:30-20:30, Thursday - Friday 09:30-20:30 & Sunday 08:30-19:30 [Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday off]
• Shift 3: Tuesday 10:00-19:00, Thursday-Friday 10:00-19:00 & Saturday 09:00-18:00 [Sunday, Monday & Wednesday off]

You will initially join us for 8 weeks virtual training and grad bay (from 16th November 2026 to the 7th January 2027). Your working hours during this period will be Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30. Please note annual leave can only be taken between 21st December - 3rd January during your training and grad bay period. You will then go onto your fixed shift pattern from 8th January onwards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contact Centre or Travel Advisor role is required.
• Experience of homeworking would also be beneficial.
• Be passionate about the role and our business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.
• The ability to be adaptable and resilient is required to be successful in this role.
