Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, text, and email channels
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and offer thoughtful solutions
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Utilize resources to provide advanced product support
• Join team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support
• Demonstrate self-awareness and openness to feedback

• Staff supervision and development: No
• Travel: Up to 5%
• Flex Designation: Call Center

• Anticipated rate for this position is up to $21.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience
