Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contact Center Agent to join our team. The Contact Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for patients over the phone, ensuring a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service and support. The primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients
• Scheduling appointments according to established protocols
• Sending messages to medical staff for inquiries regarding medication refills
• Ensuring timely and accurate escalation to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Minimum six months Receptionist, Front Desk, Call Center, or Contact Center experience required
• Computer experience required; ability to work with Windows-based programs strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish / English or Navajo / English preferred

• A remote schedule is possible after 90 days of training and probation
