Role Description

• Providing world-class service to the agents in our virtual environment.
• Assisting the agents with questions through our ticketing system, multi-queue phone system, and agent support CRM.
• Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company.
• Frontline support for the ticket system in the world and agent support CRM.
• Knowledge of the joining application, onboarding process, Agent Programs, and overall knowledge of all eXp tools, platforms, and resources.
• Answer inquiries in live chat and email.
• Provide resources and respond to agent inquiries via multi-queue phone system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience.
• 0-2 years experience.
• Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Problem Solving Skills.
• 2+ years in the Customer Service industry.
