Role Description

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is essential in supporting the operations of a $1.5M book of business, primarily focused on construction accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations/Account Manager, the CSR will handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Processing certificates, invoices, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Supporting the Account Manager in quoting new business and renewals.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilizing AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Patience and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting company services.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
