• Must be willing to work a set 2 week rotation schedule:
  • Week 1: Wednesday-Friday 10p-4a CST
  • Week 2: Monday & Tuesday 10p-4a CST and Saturday & Sunday 8p-4a CST

We are actively recruiting talented Clinical Support Specialists to join our team of energetic, compassionate professionals. We are seeking someone with a passion for customer service in a fast-paced environment that will help improve the lives of our nursing staff through scheduling and order fulfillment related tasks. The Clinical Support Specialist will provide direct support to the front-line staff fielding calls by processing requests in a work queue that includes scheduling and order fulfillment. The role reports to the Director of Call Center Operations. This is a full-time, hourly remote position.

The Clinical Support Specialist will be responsible for timely processing of a work queue that includes scheduling and order fulfillment.

• Schedule/Assign nursing visits for our customers within the customer’s EMR system.
• Monitor announcements for changes to our customers’ On-Call Schedules and update the system and team accordingly.
• Enter orders for Durable Medical Equipment into the appropriate systems as designated by the customer.
• Process medication refill requests through our customers’ pharmacy.
• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative support role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft business applications

Benefits

• This part-time Clinical Support Specialist will be paid at a rate of $15 per hour.
• You will be eligible for a $1 shift differential for overnights and a $1 shift differential for weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
• All part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year).
• All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan.
