Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference. Our Clinical Care Support team serves as the support system behind our nursing team. Our goal is to handle the operational and administrative needs of the patient journey so our nurses can focus on what they do best—providing compassionate, high-quality care to their patients.

• Help patients move forward in their care by reaching out when additional information is needed to complete their orders.
• Assist with billing questions, userflow processes, and other order-related needs.
• Be available when nurses request a call transfer to assist a patient with completing their order or resolving a support need.
• Multitask and take ownership of emails, tickets, and assigned tasks while actively monitoring multiple ongoing queues.
• Work across multiple programs and platforms and continuously learn new processes and systems.
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Support one another and believe everyone should feel comfortable asking questions and helping others grow.
• Bring initiative, drive, and a strong work ethic—people who want to learn, take on new challenges, and build a career.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate patient reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple queues and responsibilities.

• Ability to confidently assist with billing and userflow-related questions.

Requirements

• A reliable personal laptop or desktop computer. (Chromebooks are not supported by our software platforms.)
• A quality headset.
