Role Description

The Client Technology Specialist is responsible for providing customer support, facilitating training, performing software testing, and maintaining applicable documentation in a professional and timely manner.

• Guides customers in the functionality and custom use of their Turnkey software using online and/or on-site training methods.
• Responds to incoming customer issues via phone, email and/or chat sessions and ensures timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Provides training and information on the software offerings of the company in response to customer needs and inquiries.
• Maintains accurate software documentation and provides customers with new information for the software products.
• Maintains technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems.
• Performs software testing and documents results.
• Communicates professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follows established department and company processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Ag-Business/Ag-Ed; or minimum of three (3) years of comparable professional experience.
• Strong technical acumen including proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills, especially around technical matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
• Self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Accounting or feedyard accounting experience (preferred).
• Turnkey experience (preferred).
