Role Description

We're looking for dependable, organized individuals to support clients with questions, updates, scheduling, and general service needs in a fully remote environment. As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you'll help keep communication clear, follow up on important details, and make sure client requests move forward smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and providing reliable support from beginning to end. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client questions and support requests
• Gather important information and preferences
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-up
• Provide clear updates and next-step guidance
• Maintain accurate client notes and records
• Assist with changes, special requests, or adjustments
• Research information when additional options are needed
• Support select reservation or itinerary-related details
• Help keep each client experience organized and on track

Qualifications

• Professional and comfortable communicating with clients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable with follow-through
• Able to manage multiple requests
• Comfortable using email, apps, and online systems
• Self-motivated in a remote environment
• Adaptable when priorities change
• Resourceful and solution-focused
• Willing to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
