In this role, you'll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by helping organize planning details, answering questions, and supporting the coordination of reservations using established partner resources. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others stay organized, communicating clearly with clients, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Guided onboarding and continued mentorship are provided, making this position a great fit for both entry-level applicants and those with prior support experience.

• Communicate with clients with their travel goals and scheduling needs
• Assist with organizing reservation components such as lodging, transportation, and activities
• Provide timely updates regarding confirmations
• Review available options through approved supplier platforms
• Respond to client inquiries using phone, email, and digital communication tools
• Maintain accurate records related to planning progress and coordination activity
• Stay informed about destination highlights, travel updates, and current supplier promotions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer support skills
• Organized approach to managing multiple details
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative support is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
