Role Description

Are you a great communicator who loves helping people? We are hiring motivated, entry-level Client Support Agents to join our growing remote team. No prior experience required, we provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in client services, working with a supportive international team from the comfort of your home in Romania.

• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Resolve issues quickly by understanding client needs and providing accurate information
• Log interactions in our CRM system and escalate complex cases to senior team members
• Follow up to ensure clients are satisfied with the solutions provided
• Meet daily response-time and quality targets with support from your team lead

Qualifications

• Must be a Romanian citizen or a legal resident of Romania with full right to work
• Must be currently living and physically based in Romania at time of application and throughout employment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (B2 level or above)
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Basic computer skills, email, web browsing, typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, comfortable working independently from home
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent (university studies a plus, not required)

Requirements

• Any prior customer service, retail, or call center experience (nice to have, not required)
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom (nice to have, not required)
• Ability to communicate in a second language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) (nice to have, not required)
