[Hiring] Client Success Representative @Valsoft Corporation

Role Description

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted partner for veterinary practices using Keystone. You will own the client relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal, making sure every practice gets full value from the platform, stays happy, and grows with us.

• Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contact
• Lead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidently
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoption
• Monitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churn
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
• Work closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedback
• Keep accurate account records and notes in the CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeed
• Organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once
• Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical users
• Experience with a CRM or customer success platform

Requirements

• Experience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technology (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software (Nice to Have)
