Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global clients, freelancing platforms, and CRM tools, with a strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Handle multiple global client accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
• Escalation Handling: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client trust.
• Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue through strategic recommendations.
• Reviews Management: Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
• Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Global Client Management: Work with clients across different geographies and time zones.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs and articulate them clearly to internal teams.
• Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Analytical Insight: Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance client success.
• Ownership Mindset: Take full responsibility for client outcomes and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork).
• Familiarity with Stripe for payment processing.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other CRM tools.
• Prior experience in a virtual assistance company or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
