[Hiring] Client Success Manager @CancerNavigator

Role Description

CancerNavigator has established a strong client base. We now serve ~1m covered lives across ~50 clients. In 2026, we are accelerating and are looking for a new client-focused team member with strong interpersonal and operational skills who delights in producing excellent results for our clients.

Each Client Success Manager has two primary responsibilities:

• Managing a Client Portfolio:
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Enjoying deep relationship building, navigating difficult conversations, and driving patient impact for our clients.
  • Leading new clients through implementations.
  • Delivering semiannual reporting and leading annual renewals.
  • Solving any client issues that may arise.
  • Some travel for client meetings will be involved.
• Driving Client Success:
  • Identifying, planning, and executing strategies to maximize the impact of our service for each client.
  • Engagement, renewals, and service improvements.
  • Identifying ways to increase utilization of the service.
  • Collaborating with the product team to implement new solutions and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role for a health benefits company serving self-insured groups (large employers, public sector groups, labor & trust).
• Demonstrated success building and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability navigating challenging conversations (product issues, renewals, etc.).
• Strong sense of responsibility for patient and client experience.
• Excellent presentation skills – both virtually and in person.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client and team in-person sessions (projected 25%).

Benefits

• Salary Range: $110-120k (dependent on qualifications and experience).
