We’re looking for a highly professional Client Success and Operations Manager to represent Markit in Australia and New Zealand. This is not a typical support role — it’s an opportunity to combine client support, operations, and account development while contributing to Markit’s growth in the ANZ market. Think of it as a mix of customer success, account management, operations, business development, and country representation.

Your mission is to grow Markit’s business locally, support our valued clients, and act as our trusted representative on the ground in Australia and New Zealand.

This is a remote role with a full-time employment contract . However, you must be based in Australia, to actively grow the business by meeting with clients and distributors in person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consistent experience in customer-facing roles
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage diverse responsibilities
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in the IT industry

Requirements

• Strong advantage: Experience in IT hardware procurement and/or IT Sales
• Experience working with international clients
