Role Description

We are expanding our remote support team and are seeking reliable individuals who enjoy helping others and managing multiple tasks. In this role, you will support clients by coordinating reservations and related services such as lodging, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements. This is well-suited for those who communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.

• Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options
• Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work (US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain)
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet and smartphone (computer is also recommended)
• Organizational and customer service skills
