Role Description

We're looking for dependable, service-focused individuals to support clients with communication, scheduling, follow-up, and planning-related needs from home. As a Work From Home Client Services Provider, you'll help keep client requests organized, provide updates, and assist with coordination throughout the service process. Some responsibilities may also involve reservations, accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary details.

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather dates, preferences, and important details
• Coordinate schedules and confirmations
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Assist with reservation and planning information
• Research options when needed
• Maintain accurate client records
• Help manage changes or special requests

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
