Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, specifically in data entry and document review.
• A proactive, "ownership" mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Nice-to-Have).
• Prior experience in Australian insurance administration or financial services (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience using CRMs (e.g., Xplan, Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools (Nice-to-Have).
