Role Description

A remote opportunity for professionals who want to help people make informed decisions. AO Globe Life is hiring Work-From-Home Benefits Specialists to guide individuals and families through life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. You will receive structured training and ongoing support while building a career focused on client service and financial protection.

• Engage with prospective clients through warm, company-provided leads
• Schedule virtual appointments and follow up consistently
• Review customer needs and coverage priorities
• Clearly explain available insurance products
• Support clients as they make informed decisions

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
