Role Description

We are looking for organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Client Scheduling Consultants. In this role, you will help clients keep vacation plans on track by coordinating important dates, organizing requested services, and making sure planning details are clearly documented.

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with schedules, assisting customers, researching options, and managing multiple priorities. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.

• Connect with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and any special planning needs.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Coordinate selected arrangements and maintain accurate schedules, reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information.
• Track important dates and outstanding items, provide clients with timely updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard scheduling or reservation changes.
• Review client information for accuracy, keep records current, and continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available services.
