Role Description

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling preferences
• Support the setup of vacation arrangements such as resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Share helpful information that aligns with client expectations and timelines
• Assist with updates related to reservation adjustments when needed
• Prepare confirmation notes and maintain organized digital planning files
• Respond to service-related questions through email, phone, and messaging tools
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and periodic team check-ins

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Careful attention when handling planning details
• Comfort working with browser-based tools and online systems
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Confidence working independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
