Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Have a reliable desktop or laptop computer.
• Have dependable high-speed internet access.
• Be comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication platforms.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be able to manage your schedule and work independently.
• Be willing to obtain the required Life and Health insurance license.
• Be able to complete applicable licensing and background requirements.

Requirements

• A Life and Health insurance license is required before conducting licensed insurance activities.

Training, Licensing & Equipment

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to help representatives build confidence and develop their skills. Training covers:

• Life insurance and supplemental benefit products.

• Electronic applications and enrollment systems.
• Professional development and leadership skills.

Licensing: Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance on obtaining the required Life and Health insurance license. Licensing, examination, and applicable state fees are the candidate's responsibility.

Equipment: Representatives provide their own computer, internet service, and home-office equipment. The company provides access to its electronic presentation and enrollment systems. Training is provided at no cost but is not hourly compensated.

Compensation & Flexible Schedule

• Employment Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
