[Hiring] Client Relations & Communications Coordinator @Gallagher

Role Description

Supports the Customer Marketing Team through administrative contributions while developing basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
• Assisting with advertising schedules and placement.
• Compiling and producing sales and marketing reports.
• Tracking, collating, and maintaining inventory of marketing materials.
• Maintaining inventory of photo work, artwork, and film.
• Maintaining marketing literature, archive files, and sample files.
• Exercising limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
• Developing knowledge and competence through performing standard work assignments.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years work experience required.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the financial services or insurance brokerage industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
