Role Description

AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and currently hiring. • Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable
• Eligible to work in the United States

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
