Role Description

We're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility to extend beyond that. If you already have some hands-on experience in a customer centric role and you're looking to bring that into the tech or SaaS world, this could be the opportunity you're looking for to join a company that actually puts people first.

Your work as an Onboarding Specialist starts the moment our Sales team closes a new deal. From there, it's on you to turn a signed contract into a dealership that's actually up and running, confident, and getting real value fast. You'll guide new customers through onboarding, solve their most pressing operational challenges, and become the person they trust to get it right. Most of that happens over video calls and structured follow-up.

• Managing multiple onboarding processes at once
• Earning the trust of key stakeholders quickly
• Staying current on industry trends and translating technical and operational changes into plain language
• Following the onboarding process while staying flexible enough to jump in and support the broader Customer Success team when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer onboarding or another customer-centric role
• Fluent English, spoken and written; French is an asset
• Strong listening and probing skills to quickly identify a customer's real problem and build trust
• Comfortable teaching and explaining, so customers get the most out of the product
• Fast, practical problem-solving, suited to real dealership situations
• Clear, persuasive presentation skills that address what the customer actually needs and worries about
• Organized, tenacious follow-up, even with customers who are busy or hard to reach
