Role Description

This role involves helping new customers get up and running with WeTravel quickly and effectively.

  • Empower client businesses to grow while supporting the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers.
  • Migrate important content like reservation details, photos, pricing information, and tour descriptions.
  • Provide personalized training to ensure customers feel confident using the WeTravel platform.
  • Possibility of business travel (1-2 times per quarter) for on-site client onboarding projects.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages).
  • Passionate about educating customers and colleagues, performance improvement, and commercial success.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role with attention to detail.
  • Great project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Enjoy onsite visits to clients and helping them get set up for success.

Requirements

  • Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS (bonus points).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom (bonus points).
  • Teaching background, or experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles (bonus points).
  • Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes (bonus points).
