Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into memorable experiences. As a Client Holiday Specialist, you will assist travelers with discovering destinations, reviewing available vacation packages, and organizing arrangements that suit their needs.

This remote opportunity offers the flexibility to assist clients with different types of leisure travel, including:

Your focus will be on understanding what clients are looking for, researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and providing professional assistance throughout the reservation process.

Whether you are beginning a new career path or bringing experience from customer service, administration, hospitality, or another industry, previous travel experience is not required. Training and professional learning resources are available.

Qualifications

• Enjoys providing helpful and professional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable interacting with clients through phone, email, and online platforms
• Ability to understand individual requests and identify appropriate solutions
• Good research skills and comfort comparing available vacation options
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple client requests
• Reliable follow-through and effective time management
• Comfortable learning new technology and online reservation systems
• Able to work independently while maintaining professional communication
• Basic computer knowledge, including email, web applications, and internet research
• Dependable internet access and a compatible computer or device
• Motivated to participate in continued training and professional development
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico or another qualifying region
