Role Description

You'll play an important role behind the scenes by helping manage client interactions, keeping details organized, and ensuring nothing is missed throughout the process. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in the role.

What You'll Do:

• Support clients by providing timely, clear, and professional communication
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Track updates and ensure all details are completed and up to date
• Help keep processes running smoothly by staying organized and proactive

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on track
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Reliable, professional, and consistent with follow-through
• Customer service or client support experience is a plus, but not required
