[Hiring] Client Experience Associate @AnywhereWorks

Role Description

We're hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team!

• Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home.
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients.
• Handle a range of call types, including:
  • Standard answering
  • Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone)
  • Live chat
  • Relay calls
  • Appointment setting
  • Legal intake calls
• Expect a steady, fast pace with back-to-back calls.
• Performance is measured by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people.
• A good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure.
• Dependable: you show up for every scheduled shift, on time.
• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week, mostly scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time.
• A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training.
• Shifts are chosen each week, ranked by performance tier.
• Attendance is tracked with a points system.
• 2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development.
• Full availability for 40 hours a week during the training period.
