Role Description

Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Client to coordinate requests with Client Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Client Analyst community to problem solve around our clients' most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

Responsibilities

• Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Client Analyst to fulfill the request
• Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
• Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs
• Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics
• Provides executive level customer service
• Builds strong working relationships with the Client Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Client research content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent customer service experience
• Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong business acumen
• Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
• Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Works well in team environment
• Growth mindset with self-starter attitude
• Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn
