Role Description

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Booking Consultant. In this role, you will help clients move from vacation ideas to confirmed arrangements by:

• Researching suitable options
• Coordinating selected services
• Keeping important booking details on track

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, comparing options, managing information, and staying organized in a remote environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

• Basic computer proficiency and dependable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Speak with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and any special requests.
• Review and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
• Help coordinate chosen services and maintain accurate confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding details, and assisting with standard booking adjustments.
• Monitor important deadlines, review reservation information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue building supplier and destination knowledge.
