In this client-facing position, you'll help working families understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits through Zoom and phone consultations. You'll build relationships, identify client needs, explain coverage options, assist with applications and enrollment once appropriately licensed, and provide ongoing customer service. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and continued professional development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be comfortable with virtual client appointments.
• Be comfortable with consultative insurance sales.
• Understand the commission-based compensation structure.
• Be willing to complete required training.
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License.
