Role Description

JVM Lending, a leading U.S.-based mortgage company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor Assistant for a permanent remote position. In this role, you’ll help manage mortgage leads, assist clients directly, and support the loan application process to ensure a smooth experience for our borrowers.

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather necessary information and answer questions.
• Assign and manage mortgage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately.
• Monitor and organize the leads inbox efficiently.
• Review and organize loan application documents.
• Create and analyze mortgage scenarios.
• Coordinate with loan officers and team members to streamline processing.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze financial documents.
• Understanding of mortgage lead management and loan processing workflows.
• Experience in U.S. mortgage processing or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage software such as Encompass, Blend, or Salesforce (preferred).
