Role Description

As a Care Advocate, you'll be the reason someone takes their first step toward healing, meeting every call with the support, professionalism, and responsiveness that earns trust.

• Connect with prospective clients the moment they reach out by phone or text, turning their uncertainty into the confidence to move forward.
• Reconnect with prospective clients who almost took the step, and give them the encouragement to finally begin, ensuring no one who attempted to reach for care falls through the cracks.
• Take on every question about the program and our research, transforming the unfamiliar into something clients can trust.
• Champion what clients need, bringing their experiences straight to the team so care improves for every client who follows.

Availability Requirements

• Shifts run in these windows (ET):
• Weekday days (M-Th): 11am–7pm
• Weekday evenings: 7pm–10pm
• Weekend: 12pm–6pm
• Minimum commitment:
• 20 hours per week, at least 2 hours per shift
• 8 hours of weekday day shifts per week
• 6 hours of weekday evening shifts per week
• 12 hours of weekend shifts per month

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role as an independent contractor starts at $25 USD.
