Role Description

Join Indotronix as a Card Support Specialist and become an integral part of our Finance Shared Services team. In this fully remote, 12-month contract role, you will support corporate travel and procurement card programs while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities to build professional expertise in finance, customer service, and technical support.

• Process new card applications, modifications, and terminations promptly, meeting service level agreements
• Deliver thorough, high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email for card program inquiries
• Resolve routine and complex customer issues by utilizing knowledge bases, financial systems, and case management tools
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic filing of records and case notes
• Collaborate with team members and management to address complex questions and ensure seamless service delivery
• Support administrative processes related to card delinquency management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement within card administration

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' customer service experience (call center, service desk, retail, banking, or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Experience handling Dell or HP laptops and desktops
• Exposure to corporate card programs, travel and expense, or shared service environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
• Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow), enterprise financial platforms (PeopleSoft), and expense management tools (Concur)
• Basic understanding of networking principles: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN client configuration
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively resolve issues

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur application
• Direct involvement in corporate card program administration
• Previous remote or hybrid work experience
