[Hiring] Camper Care Representative @Spacious Skies Campgrounds

Role Description

As a Camper Care Representative, you are the voice of Spacious Skies. You’re the person guests connect with when they’re planning their trip, asking questions, or needing support. This isn’t just customer service—it’s relationship building. You’ll report to the Camper Care Supervisor and help deliver thoughtful, human-centered guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Guest Experience & Reservations
  • Answer incoming calls from guests and campground teams
  • Respond to emails with warmth, clarity, and personality
  • Help guests plan and book stays using Newbook
  • Provide guidance on campgrounds, amenities, and local experiences
• Connection & Problem Solving
  • Listen closely and understand guest needs
  • Turn questions into solutions—and problems into positive experiences
  • Follow through to ensure every guest feels supported
• Team & Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions
  • Meet goals for responsiveness, service quality, and bookings
  • Collaborate with campground teams to support guest needs

Working Conditions

• Call center-style environment with extended time on phone and computer
• High-volume inbound and outbound communication
• Fast-paced, multitasking environment requiring focus and adaptability
• Prolonged sitting with frequent typing and screen use
• Reliable high-speed internet, a personal laptop, and a headset suitable for high-volume call handling are required

Schedule Requirements

• Weekend and evening availability required

What We’re Looking For

• You are someone who:
  • Loves talking to people and building connections

  • Stays calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced situations
  • Is organized and able to multitask

Experience & Skills

• 1–2+ years of customer service or guest-facing experience
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Experience with reservation systems (Newbook a plus)
• Hospitality or outdoor experience is a bonus
