Role Description

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Agent to join our hospital team in Abu Dhabi. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, healthcare service information, call routing, and customer support while ensuring a positive and professional patient experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication abilities, a calm and courteous telephone manner, and the ability to handle patient requests efficiently. This position is suitable for candidates with experience as a:

• Hospital Call Center Agent
• Healthcare Call Center Representative
• Medical Call Center Agent
• Patient Services Representative
• Customer Service Representative
• Contact Center Agent
• Healthcare Customer Service Executive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Call Center Agent, Contact Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, Healthcare Call Center Agent, Medical Call Center Agent, Hospital Call Center Agent, or Patient Services Representative is preferred.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, healthcare facility, insurance company, or other healthcare environment is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from patients, visitors, healthcare professionals, and other authorized callers.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, appointments, operating hours, and general healthcare information.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments according to hospital procedures.
• Accurately record patient information, appointment details, inquiries, and call outcomes in hospital systems.
• Route calls to the appropriate department, doctor, nurse, administrative team, or healthcare service.
• Provide clear and accurate information about hospital facilities, medical departments, outpatient services, diagnostic services, and other approved services.
• Participate in training and quality monitoring programs to improve healthcare call center service standards.
