Role Description

MCI is urgently hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Call Center Agents to join our remote customer support team. This is a fast-paced opportunity for individuals who are ready to start immediately and provide top-tier service from a home-based environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to start work immediately.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Subject to the program and location of the position.
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
