[Hiring] Business Travel Consultant @Flight Centre

Role Description

As our next Business Travel Consultant , you’ll bring your passion for travel, commercial insight, and proactive mindset to deliver outstanding service to corporate clients. You understand that great business travel isn’t just about bookings — it’s about enabling people to perform at their best.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate travel clients via phone and email
• Manage end-to-end business travel bookings using the Amadeus GDS system
• Provide expert consultation to deliver seamless, compliant, and cost-effective travel solutions
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive service and tailored advice
• Ensure clients feel supported, confident, and eager to return — again and again

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a travel agency or commercial travel environment is ideal, though not essential
• Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy is a strong advantage
• Confident communication in German and English (verbal and written)
• Experience with Amadeus or similar booking systems
• You enjoy working with booking tools, engaging with clients, and growing your expertise in a fast-moving, service-driven industry
