Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-oriented individuals to help clients with reservations, confirmations, scheduling, and travel-related booking support from home. As a Remote Booking Specialist, you'll assist with researching options, organizing reservation details, tracking updates, and helping clients stay informed throughout the booking process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist with booking accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Review dates, availability, and reservation details
• Track confirmations and pending items
• Organize client and itinerary information
• Communicate booking updates and next steps
• Help with changes, cancellations, or special requests
• Research alternative options when needed
• Maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options online
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Basic computer and email skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn new booking systems and processes
• Experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
