• Coordinate bookings, reservations, and scheduling updates
• Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide timely status updates
• Monitor confirmations, deadlines, and changes to ensure accuracy
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items and resolve minor issues
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support clients throughout their full vacation planning journey

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work independently while following structured systems
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools and online platforms
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain, and Australia
