Role Description

Billing Assistant focuses on the accurate and timely processing of international invoices in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. You will be responsible for:

• Processing international invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all billing data is correct and up-to-date.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and issues.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed billing records and reports.
• Collaborating with international departments to ensure smooth invoice processing.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding billing and invoicing.
• Utilizing billing software, including Legal Tracker, to manage invoice processes.
• Providing support to the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of billing experience in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with international departments.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Polish (C1).
• Experience with Legal Tracker would be a significant asset.
