Role Description

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls from individuals considering cancelling or modifying their orders.
• Build genuine rapport and create positive customer experiences.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs and wellness goals.
• Recommend the most suitable vitamins, nutritional supplements, and wellness products.
• Retain customers through personalized solutions, product education, discounts, and flexible options.
• Cross-sell and upsell products that provide additional value.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to reconnect with previous customers and generate new sales opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of callbacks and follow-up leads.
• Adapt your communication style to different customer personalities.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer retention, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Requirements

• Experience selling vitamins, nutritional supplements, wellness products, or other health-related products.
• Experience handling inbound retention or cancellation calls.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Background in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer sales is an advantage.
