Role Description

This role involves supporting a growing property management company as a bilingual (English - Spanish) Property Management Assistant. The position is essential for maintaining smooth operations and financial organization.

• Handle tenant calls, messages, and follow-ups in English and Spanish
• Collect rent and follow up on late payments
• Send notices and payment reminders
• Communicate professionally with tenants and property owners
• Track lease expirations
• Coordinate lease renewals and documentation
• Follow up until renewals are completed
• Receive maintenance requests
• Create and track work orders
• Schedule and follow up with vendors
• Update tenants on repair status
• Enter rent payments, invoices, and expenses
• Reconcile transactions and keep records organized
• Assist with monthly reporting
• Work in QuickBooks or property management software

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience in property management or real estate operations
• Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling money-related conversations
• Reliable, consistent, and professional

Requirements

• Experience with property management software (preferred)
• Experience handling rent collections and vendor payments (preferred)
