Role Description

Knowledge Rhino is hiring bilingual English/Spanish professionals for a remote, high-volume outbound appointment-setting position serving existing healthcare plan members. This is an outbound calling role, not inbound customer service. You will:

• Contact existing members
• Explain a healthcare service already available through their plan
• Answer basic questions
• Help eligible members schedule an appointment
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Accurately document call outcomes
• Meet expectations for attendance, call activity, quality, and appointment conversions
• Provide patient, professional, and compassionate service

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous outbound call center, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience
• Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with people who may be hesitant
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
• Residence in Texas
• Ability to pass a required background check

Requirements

• A Windows 11 computer
• At least 16 GB of RAM
• Two monitors

• A noise-canceling USB headset
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for healthcare-related calls
