[Hiring] Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist @Staffing for Doctors

Role Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Virtual Medical Receptionist / Medical Administrative Assistant to support both the Pediatrics and Urgent Care departments. This role is heavily focused on managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, with a strong emphasis on outbound patient outreach to schedule appointments, confirm visits, and re-engage patients who have missed appointments.

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound outreach to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Follow up with missed appointments and re-engage patients.
• Provide clear, professional communication with patients.
• Update patient information and confirm upcoming visits.
• Coordinate with internal staff to support efficient patient flow.
• Follow scheduling protocols and help fill gaps in the calendar.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, patient coordination, or similar role within a U.S. healthcare setting, preferably in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with IMS EMR and RingCentral or similar VOIP systems preferred.
• Comfortable with frequent outbound calls and proactive patient follow-up.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with consistent attendance.

Requirements

• This is a full-time contractor role (40 hours per week).
• Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
