Role Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Provide customer service via inbound calls and electronic communication, ensuring every interaction is helpful, friendly and professional.
• Identify customer needs, search for information, and offer clear guidance using available systems and resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Handle customer inquiries through various channels – phone, email and potentially chat – with accuracy and empathy.
• Log and document interactions accurately in internal systems (CRM, support tools) to help maintain service quality and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and German with native-like pronunciation and communication skills.
• Basic English skills to communicate with team members.
• Lives in Poland and is looking for a flexible remote position.
• Customer-focused mindset, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate solutions clearly and with empathy.
• Comfortable using several systems at once and learning quickly.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and communicative, with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles.
